Guests and Invitees of guests are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other Guests within the property.

The property has a strict “No Party” policy. Accommodation is for residential purposes only. All Guest’s visitors must vacate the premises by 10.00pm.

Noisy and unruly behavior will not be tolerated and the persons involved may be asked to leave the premises.

Non-compliance of any lawful direction or request by the management staff will be deemed to be a breach of the house rules.

A breach of any house rule may, at the discretion of Management, result in immediate eviction of the offending party with subsequent loss of room payment.

Damage; Please report all damage or incidents to reception immediately. A fee will be charged for damage to furniture or fittings beyond normal use.

Smoking; Our rooms are strictly smoke-free. A service charge of $150.00 will be charged to your account for deodorizing and extra cleaning to your room if this is not adhered to. Ashtrays are provided outside rooms.

Deposit Payment; A credit card deposit will be taken for the first night’s accommodation on confirmation of the booking by the Motel. A receipt will be issued and sent via email to the email address submitted at the time of booking. A refund of the deposit will be made if the booking is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy; Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 noon on the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
